In-House Employee Benefits Campaign

Delivering multi-channel internal communications and management for employee engagement

Working within the organisation’s internal communications framework, I designed a structured campaign to ensure all employees could easily see and access information about their benefits. The campaign was inclusive of desk-based and non-desk-based employees, combining printed and digital assets to maximise visibility and engagement.

My role involved creating a cohesive visual system that communicated key benefits clearly and accessibly while maintaining a bold and recognisable visual presence across multiple employee touchpoints.

The Challenge

The organisation needed a campaign that reached every employee, including those without regular computer access. Each message had to be clear, engaging, and accessible while being adaptable for both printed and digital formats in different workplace environments.

The Approach

I developed a targeted, inclusive campaigns that combined strong visual design with clear and accessible messaging. Printed noticeboard posters ensured visibility for non-desk-based employees, while dynamic animated digital screens engaged desk-based teams with movement and emphasis. By aligning all assets under a consistent visual style, the campaign maintained clarity and impact across multiple touchpoints, making benefits information approachable for everyone.

The Outcome

The campaigns have successfully increased awareness of employee benefits across the organisation, engaging both desk-based and non-desk-based teams. This multi-channel approach led to a measurable uplift in benefits sign-ups, demonstrating the effectiveness of inclusive internal communications.
